Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Major Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities / Towns: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier load, weather, holidays, or unexpected delays.

3. Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.
There are no hidden charges, no minimum order amount required.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
Please make sure:
A valid phone number is provided
Someone is available to receive the parcel
Payment amount is ready at delivery time

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive:
An order confirmation message/email
A confirmation call or WhatsApp message (if needed)
A shipping notification once your order has been dispatched

6. Tracking Information

If tracking details are provided by the courier, we will share:
Tracking link or tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

7. Delays & Courier Issues

Once the order is shipped, delivery is handled by the courier company.
We are not responsible for delays caused due to:
Courier workloads
Incorrect addresses
No response from the customer
Weather or road conditions
However, we will assist you in resolving courier-related issues.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order returns due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery may require customer confirmation.
Please provide accurate delivery details at checkout.

9. Order Not Received

If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate with the courier.
