1. Return Eligibility

Herbal teas or consumable products
Sale or discounted items
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:
Product must be unused
Must be in original packaging
Must include all accessories (if any)
Clear video/photo proof is required at the time of unboxing or issue report

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
Contact us within 24 hours
Provide photos/videos as proof
Our team will verify and arrange an exchange or replacement

5. Refund Method

Store credit (you can use it for your next purchase)
Cash refunds are not available, unless the order is cancelled before shipping.

6. Return Shipping Cost

If the item is damaged/wrong due to our mistake → Return shipping is free
If the customer wants to return for personal reasons → Return shipping will be paid by the customer

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
